With mySoudronic Machine Overview, Soudronic provides an easy overview of the electrical and mechanical support level of your machines and equipment. The following description helps you to understand the meaning of support levels and shows you recommended measures.


Meaning of the support levels (EXPERIMENTAL FEATURE OF mySOUDRONIC)

On the mySoudronic customer portal, in the Machine Overview application, electrical and mechanical support levels are displayed in the form of colored icons. Depending on the support level, the status color changes automatically. With a status change you will be informed separately by E-Mail (Soudronic Newsletter). Mechanical Parts restrictions:
If this restriction is applied, this means that not all spare parts are available 

Electrical Parts:
Controls Components available with / without restrictions

On-Site Service:
If restriction is applied we cannot offer on-site service for this machine anymore 

Customer Support:
Indicates whether the customer support is free of charge or service fees apply.
